- Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential & existing clients through phone calls, emails, & virtual meetings to understand their insurance needs & provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales Generation: Identify & pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, & leveraging referrals. Meet to exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, & adjustments. Ensure all documentation is accurate & compliant with industry regulations.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support & service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, & ensuring client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s insurance products, industry trends, & regulatory changes. Provide clients with up-to-date information & advice.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, & pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members & departments to ensure a seamless client experience & share best practices.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, claims or a related field is required. Prior State Farm experience a plus!
- Licensing: Must hold a valid property & casualty insurance license for Indiana. Ohio & Tennessee license a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills. Proficient in using digital communication tools & software.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently & manage time effectively in a remote work environment alongside our in-office team.
- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service & building long-term client relationships.
